Skills required
• Executing chemical reactions in mg to gm scale and to synthesize required quantities of molecules/ compounds as per client specifications using efficient route and techniques.
• Purification of compounds, compounds interpretation and characterization of peptide by using analytical techniques – NMR, LCMS, HPLC.
• Solid phase/ Solution phase peptide synthesis.
• Handling of diverse resins for peptide synthesis and peptide modification (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization etc.)
• Experience in handling automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification is desirable.
• Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebook.
