🚨 Job Opening | Assistant Manager – Visual Inspection
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Visual Inspection to join our Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
- Position: Assistant Manager – Visual Inspection
- Department: Production / Visual Inspection
- Experience: 6–10 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech or relevant qualification
- Industry: Pharmaceutical – Sterile/Injectable Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
• Lead manual and automated visual inspection operations for injectable products
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Manage inspector qualification, training and competency assessment
• Monitor defect trends, rejection rates and inspection efficiency
• Handle deviations, investigations, CAPA and change controls
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production and Engineering teams
• Support visual inspection equipment qualification/validation
• Ensure GMP documentation and data integrity compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and reduction of false rejects
Preferred: Candidates with strong experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing and visual inspection.
