๐ฌ Key Responsibilities:
โข Lead and support the development of oral solid and liquid dosage forms including IR (Immediate Release), ER (Extended Release), DR (Delayed Release), and pellet-based formulations.
โข Drive new product development projects for regulated markets like the US and EU.
โข Conduct formulation trials, evaluate data, and optimize formulations for scale-up and technology transfer.
โข Respond to formulation-related queries from agencies.
โข Perform patent evaluations and literature surveys
โข Ensure compliance with current regulatory standards (cGMP, ICH, QbD, etc.).
