Role & responsibilities

1. Manufacturing & Filling:

• Operation of Liquid / Nasal filling and sealing machines.
• Handling Batch Manufacturing and filtration processes.
• Ensuring CIP/SIP (Cleaning in Place / Sterilization in Place) of equipment.
• Adherence to cGMP and documentation guidelines.

2. Secondary Packing:

• Operation and troubleshooting of Auto Cartonators.
• Handling Labeling machines and ensuring precise application.
• Monitoring 360 Vision Systems and Track & Trace systems.
• Line clearance and in-process quality checks during packing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 8 Years in a Pharmaceutical Formulation plant.
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc.
• Specific Skills: Must have exposure to Nasal Sprays or Liquid dosage forms. Experience with modern packing lines (Vision systems/Cartonators) is mandatory for the packing role.
