Key Responsibilities
1. Complete all applicable training including periodic refresher / re-training in a timely and quality compliant manner
2. Participate in all applicable instructor led training as per the schedule allocated and ensure their timely completion
3. Seek assistance on training availability / assignments proactively where gaps are observed
4. Ensure that GxP relevant activities are not performed without completing the pre-requisite training
5. Seek clarifications from the Subject Matter Experts on queries related to training materials / operating procedures, where required
6. Present feedback on learning programs where solicited to aid in their continual improvement
7. Adhere to the Biocon Code of Conduct at all times and attempt training assessments / assignments honestly and maintain Data Integrity
8. Support audits & inspections by presenting training related information accurately & timely as requested by the auditing entity
9. Identify aspects of LMS that present opportunity for improvement / innovation with the system owners
10. Stay cognizant that the electronic signatures cast within validated GxP computerized systems are deemed equivalent of wet-in signatures
