Key Responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning, setup, maintenance, trouble shooting and machine operation along with in process test Bottle Primary Packing (Pharmapack).

Responsible for cleaning, setup, maintenance, trouble shooting and machine operation along with in process test Bottle Secondary Packing (Pharmapack) and Track & Trace solution (Rockwell).

Responsible for cleaning, setup, maintenance, trouble shooting and machine operation along with in process test Blister Primary Packing (ACG-B45 SecureBlis & Rapidpack MACH 1+).

Responsible for cleaning, setup, maintenance, trouble shooting and machine operation along with in process test Blister Secondary Packing (ACG-Hicart Plus), Tamper evident (Jekson) and Track & Trace solution (Rockwell).

Person with knowledge about functioning of Containment work station will get preference.

Candidate must have worked in companies with major regulatory approvals (like USFDA, MHRA etc.).

To execute the manufacturing process as per instructions given in manufacturing record.

Candidate shall be responsible to maintain change part inventory at minimum level.

Equipment upkeeping through on time completion of machine maintenance in co-ordination with Engineering persons

To adhere to the standard procedures in the department.

Candidate must be compliant to GMP and GDP in day to day activities.

To prioritize and practice the safety principles and company policies in factory premises.

Responsible for execution of daily production plan.

To take active participation in Operational excellence projects.

To align self-contribution for organizational goals assigned from time to time.
