✨ Department: Packaging Development Specialist – Vaccines
💼 Experience: 5 – 15 years of experience in Packaging Development
📍 Location: Shamirpet, Hyderabad
📦 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Development and implementation of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Packaging Materials for domestic and international markets.
✅ Management of packaging artworks through Harmony software, including artwork preparation, proof approvals, and cross-functional coordination.
✅ Preparation and maintenance of packaging specifications, BOMs, pack profiles, material codes, SOPs, and controlled documentation.
✅ Support shipping validation activities in accordance with WHO guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
✅ Drive vendor development, qualification, audits, machine trials, packaging component approvals, and implementation of innovative packaging technologies.
✅ Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to manage change controls, investigate packaging-related market complaints, and ensure continuous improvement.
