We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Downstream Processing (In-Process Analysis)
📍 Location: Biological E Limited, Shamirpet, Hyderabad
🎓 Qualification: M. Pharm/ M. Tech/ M. Sc (Biochemistry, chemistry/biotechnology) with 4-5 years’ experience
* Responsible for providing analytical support to the purification development team, including adoption and development of in-process analytical methods, critical data evaluation, and preparation of scientific presentations.
* Perform biochemical analysis of in-process samples from protein and polysaccharide purification workflows.
* Execute assays such as Bradford, BCA, Lowry, Anthrone, Orcinol, PAGE, and LAL endotoxin with precision.
* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments including spectrophotometers, HPLC, Western/dot blot systems, IEF, and viscometers.
* Support equipment calibration, qualification, and routine performance verification activities.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of biomolecule behavior across different purification unit operations.
