• Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. in Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, B.Sc in Chemistry, Diploma in Any Specialization/MBA/PGDM in Operations

Walk-In Interview At Biological E. Limited

Effective operation and maintenance of equipment like autoclave, Garment cubicle, sealing machine, vessels CIP and SIP SKIDS

To practice the c GMP activities and to follow the clean room discipline

Cleaning and sterilization of the vessels and transfer lines using CIP & SIP equipment

Preparation and filtration of disinfectant and cleaning of the area.

Operation and cleaning of Vial washing machine and Vial Sterilization tunnel in Filling area

Responsible for Cleaning and disinfection of the Filling areas

Responsible for Cleaning of components and preparation of loads

Critical area cleaning and fogging shall be performed by using dry or wet Foggers

Keep up of all cGMP activities and Housekeeping in the critical operations

Online documentation of BPRs, process validation, cleaning validation and media fill Protocols

Responsible for preventive maintenance & breakdown activities of Fermenters, Centrifuges, Auto clave, centralized CIP system& sip system TFF, Vessels, ACFM & QMS activities as per SOP

To record all relevant data in the respective service records.

Co-ordination with production team day to day production activities and requirement.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting of BMS and EMS operations

Attending to regular breakdowns in process equipment controlled by PLC

Systems from manufacturers of Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.

Responsible in attending to breakdowns of clean utility water systems and Process

Control system and update daily activity on-time.

To attend on Preventive maintenance of PLC Control panels and Electrical systems,

Raw Material

. Dispensing

. Receipt Control.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good at Communication Skills

2. Relevant Experience is mandatory.
