• Experience : 0 to 9 Yrs. (Should be willing to work in shifts)

Blending:

Manage shift plans for formulation activities

Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids

Filling:

Manage filling shift plans

Operate vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, filling & capping machines

🛠️ Engineering

• 🎓Qualifications Required:
• Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)
• Experience : 2 to 9 Yrs.

Process Equipment:

Breakdown & preventive maintenance of vial washing, filling, capping, autoclave, labeling machines, jacketed vessels, lyophilization
Efficiently handle shift operations
Maintenance of Fermentors / Bioreactors
Maintenance of Autoclave
Maintenance of Process Vessels

Instrumentation:

Shift handling of BMS, breakdown maintenance, calibration, AMC & interim projects

Troubleshooting in PLC & SCADA systems
