Open Roles & Responsibilities

The recruitment is split into two primary segments based on the formulation type:

1. R&D – Sterile Formulation

• Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Developing and optimizing sterile formulations.
• Conducting laboratory trials and evaluating formulation/process metrics.
• Supporting aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing development.
• Evaluating formulation parameters and excipient compatibility.
• Supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities.
• Preparing development protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with Analytical, QA, QC, and Production teams.
• Troubleshooting formulation and process-development challenges.

2. R&D – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)

• Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Developing and optimizing OSD formulations (tablets, capsules, and other oral solid dosage forms).
• Conducting formulation trials and evaluating formulation parameters.
• Selecting and evaluating suitable excipients.
• Supporting process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
• Analyzing and interpreting formulation trial data.
• Preparing formulation development reports and technical documents.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with Analytical, QA, QC, and Production teams.
