Open Roles & Responsibilities
The recruitment is split into two primary segments based on the formulation type:
1. R&D – Sterile Formulation
- Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Developing and optimizing sterile formulations.
- Conducting laboratory trials and evaluating formulation/process metrics.
- Supporting aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing development.
- Evaluating formulation parameters and excipient compatibility.
- Supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities.
- Preparing development protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with Analytical, QA, QC, and Production teams.
- Troubleshooting formulation and process-development challenges.
2. R&D – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)
- Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Developing and optimizing OSD formulations (tablets, capsules, and other oral solid dosage forms).
- Conducting formulation trials and evaluating formulation parameters.
- Selecting and evaluating suitable excipients.
- Supporting process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Analyzing and interpreting formulation trial data.
- Preparing formulation development reports and technical documents.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with Analytical, QA, QC, and Production teams.
