🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B.Tech (Biotechnology) / B.Sc. (Biotechnology)
💼 Experience: 1–9 years
🏭 Preferred Industry: Vaccines, Biosimilars, Injectable Manufacturing
🔄 Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
📋 Role Overview:
💉 Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
> Cell culture-based bioreactor operations
> Master & Working Cell Bank maintenance
> Media preparation, filtration & sterilization
> Upstream & downstream processing of bacterial/viral antigens
> Production QMS activities (Change Controls, Deviations & CAPA)
💉 Production Formulations – (Vaccines / Drug Product)
1. Blending:
> Manage shift plans for formulation activities
> Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids
2. Filling:
> Manage filling shift plans
> Operate vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, filling & capping machines
3. Packing & Labelling:
Manage vial labeling & VVM dot machines with inspection system
> Operate Videojet & Control Print printers for batch coding
> Handle Track & Trace system and cold room/freezer temperature monitoring
