We’re Hiring | Park Estate Manager for BE Stellar Pharma R&D Park.

Biological E. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Park Estate Manager to lead the estate operations of BE Stellar Pharma R&D Park, Genome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for the end-to-end operation, facility management and tenant experience of a large Pharma R&D park as it transitions from project execution to steady-state operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead overall estate and facility operations across a multi-building R&D campus
• Oversee MEP, utilities, critical infrastructure, BMS, fire amp; life safety and preventive maintenance
• Drive project handover, asset management, snag closure and operational readiness• Manage tenants, vendors, service partners and facility operations
• Own OPEX/CAM, operational budgets, vendor SLAs and cost optimization
• Ensure statutory, safety, environmental and emergency preparedness compliance
• Drive energy, water, waste and sustainability initiatives, including support for IGBC/LEED certification
• Partner with senior management to ensure reliable, efficient and high-quality park operations.

What we’re looking for:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred
• 10–15 years of experience in Estate / Facility / Property Management
• Strong experience in large commercial, industrial, Pharma/Life Sciences, R&D or institutional campuses.
• Hands-on exposure to MEP, utilities, vendors, budgets and facility operations
• Experience managing multi-building campuses/business parks and facilities transitioning from construction/fit-out to operations will be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial orientation, ownership and problem-solving skills
