Hiring EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Deputy Manger/Manager to our Advanced Biologics unit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Education: B. Tech in Chemical or Biotechnology Engineering, or a recognized advanced diploma in Industrial Safety.
2.Person adhere on regulatory compliance, manages biohazards, and oversees environmental processes such as waste management.
3.Adherence to State Pollution Control Board norms, the Factories Act, and hazardous waste rules.
4.Person shall have exposure on Biological & Chemical Safety: Managing exposure to biohazards, viral vectors, recombinant proteins, and toxic chemicals used in fermentation and purification processes.
5.Have experience on Risk assessment and HAZOP.
6.Monitoring emissions and effluents, managing the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) or Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Bio waste management.
7.Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
8.Can Handle the EHS systems (Procedures, Trainings, Response systems, Develop emergency response plans, coordinate safety drills and Fire mitigation systems).
9.Can conduct routine plant safety audits timely and CAPA.
10.Can conduct Drives safety awareness programs and training for both employees and on-site contractors.
11.Shall have knowledge on GMP, GLP protocols.
12.Ability to conduct EHS trainings on site safety requirements.
13.Regular monitoring of EHS Emergency response systems
