API-ADL (ANALYTICAL LAB)
- QMS ( EXP-5 TO 8 YEARS) – Handling of CCF, OOS, OOT, risk assessment reports, deviation, PV, CV and equipment qualification etc.
- PROCESS ENGINEER ( EXP-8 TO 10 YEARS) – Preparing the mass & heat balance, utility calculations & Product costing , Development of PFD, P&ID & Design Basis preparation, Technology transfer from R&D to Pilot to plant for commercialization.
- Manufacturing ( EXP- 6 TO 10 YEARS)- Handling batch production, specific cryogenic reactions as per regulatory requirements. coordination with service departments to ensure smooth plant operations on round -a – clock basis
API-QC
- Executive – GLP Section ( EXPERIENCE- 6 to 8 Years)
- Daily Calibration/Verification of instruments, WS/Column/RS/IMP management.
API- R&D (SYNTHESIS LAB )
- Officer to Executive Analyst section ( EXPERIENCE- 2 to 5 Years )
- RM / PM / In Process Testing, Intermediate and FG Testing and Stability Analysis, AMV
- Literature search, ROS Finalization , Synthesis of Molecule, Day to Day Reaction
- Perform method development and Validation using HPLC , GC , UV , IR , KF , GCMS, LCMS and conduct routine analysis of API , Intermediates and finished Products.
API-EHS
Monitor and manage general requirements of EHS during shifts with statutory and company standards. Control and monitor UA, UC and WPS during shifts & initiate CAPA. Monitor day-to-day operations of ETP and MEE at ZLD plant.
Note : Candidates must have prior experience working in a regulatory-approved plant.
