🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• New Product Development for global markets
• Product revisions based on stakeholder requirements
• Primary Material (PM) selection & machinability aligned with current pack atomization
• Development of cost-competitive packs
• Monitoring of Stability and Exhibit batch packaging
• Coordination with plant for Registration sample packaging
• Digital print proof & shade card approval
