Job Description:
1. Design search strategy using various databases like Scifinder, Orbit/Patseer and Free database.
2. Preparation of Literature tool kit report (LTK), Patent Evaluation Report (PER) and disclosure sheet.
3. Preliminary infringement analysis for the strategies proposed by FnD/NDDS.
4. Patentability analysis for proposed invention.
5. Supporting product selection activity by providing patent scenario for interested countries.
6. Provide preliminary patent information for due diligence activity for the collaborative product development.
7. Maintain and Update CPL’s Patent Portfolio and Tracking post filing activity.
8. Maintaining critical patent status monitoring sheet for respective project.
