Roles and Responsibilities
Provide excellent communication skills in English to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to process standards and customer satisfaction.
Handle non-voice processes such as data entry, email support, and chat assistance with accuracy and efficiency.
Work on US shifts (rotational) with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
