Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in customer management and complaint management. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient process execution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily operational tasks using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee customer management processes ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
- Provide support in complaint management addressing and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall workflow.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks performed.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in process execution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for management review.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently.
- Nice to have experience in customer management ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Nice to have experience in complaint management effectively resolving customer issues.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
- Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
