Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations
✅ Drive reliability and performance of OSD manufacturing and packaging equipment
✅ Oversee maintenance of RMG, FBD, Granulation, Compression, and Blister Packing systems
✅ Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
✅ Lead breakdown investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Ensure adherence to cGMP, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance equipment uptime, productivity, and operational excellence
