β’ 8β12 years in Production Planning / PPIC / Demand Planning / Supply Chain
β’ 3β5 years of leadership experience
β’ Strong ERP (SAP/Oracle) skills
β’ Expertise in forecasting, analytics, and dataβdriven planning
β’ Pharma industry experience is mandatory (Formulations, Injectables, Vaccines highly preferred)
β’ Preferred: APICS CSCP/CPIM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
