We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead – Microbiology to drive laboratory excellence, regulatory compliance, and team performance. The role involves overseeing microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, LIMS review and approvals, investigations (OOS/OOT/Deviations), audit readiness, CAPA management, and microbiology team leadership.
What we’re looking for: ✔️ M.Sc/B.Sc (Microbiology), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
✔️ Strong hands-on microbiology expertise
✔️ Proven team handling experience
✔️ Exposure to cGMP, audits, quality systems, and LIMS
