Job Description
Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Territory Business Manager (TBM) for the Gastrology/GP/CP segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned territory independently
- Drive prescription generation in Gastrology/GP/CP segment
- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
- Provide regular market feedback and reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-8 years
Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ (Dadar to south mumbai & Chembur to Mulund)
Therapy Exposure: Gastrology/GP/CP
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Proven sales and territory handling capability
- Consistent track record of target achievement
