Job Description
Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Territory Manager (TM) for the (Respiratory/ Derma/ENT/Pedia/GP/CP) segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned territory independently
Drive prescription generation in (Respiratory/ Derma/ENT/Pedia/GP/CP)segment
- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
- Provide regular market feedback and reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 27 years
- Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ (Kukatpally)
Therapy Exposure: (Respiratory/ Derma/ENT/Pedia/GP/CP)
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Proven sales and territory handling capability
- Consistent track record of target achievement
