Media fill concept, Principal, Strategy- Media fill simulation of sterile dosage form
– Key elements of aseptic process simulation
– Intervention management and Hold time simulation
– Preparation/ Review – Media fill protocol/ Report/ BMR
– Risk assessments- Intervention and Major modification – line and area,
– Acceptance criteria and failure in investigation
– Also handle all IPQA shopfloor activities in Oncology facility
