We are seeking a Production Executive to join our team at [Company Name], a leading pharma company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning: Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.
2. Batch Management: Manage batch production, including preparation of batch records, labeling, and packaging.
3. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other regulatory requirements.
4. Team Management: Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including batch records, production logs, and deviation reports.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations.
8. Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1 – 8 years of experience in a pharma production environment.
3. Skills:
– Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
