Position – QC Officer.
Education – Microbiology or relevant qualification.
Experience – 0-3
Location: Vadodara
Job Responsibilities:
Enzyme Assay
Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) on water samples.
Conduct swab tests, antimicrobial tests, Gram staining, and yeast cell count via microscopy.
Carry out fogging of laboratories to maintain aseptic conditions.
Monitor the environment of the Microbiology and QC Lab and document findings.
Perform microbial analysis of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) with proper documentation.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments, including:
Incubators
Shakers
Autoclaves
Weigh balances
Laminar Air Flow (LAF) units
Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) for the Microbiology Lab.
Conduct microbiological trials with finished products and raw materials.
Prepare microbial consortia from molasses.
Handle and maintain pure cultures from ATCC, MTCC, and the IBPL culture bank.
Prepare microbiological media and maintain media stock.
