Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct process development activities for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing.
- Develop new processes, optimize existing ones, and scale up Senior Chemist -PR&D-Safety Executive – EHS/Shift Incharge – Production/Trainee Chemist- QC-Unit- C, to commercial levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and quality control to ensure smooth plant start-up.
- Troubleshoot issues related to process performance, yield, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and protocols for the unit.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to industrial safety (e.g., OSHA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Provide training on safety procedures and best practices to employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities according to shift plans, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing issues promptly.
