Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct process development activities for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing.
• Develop new processes, optimize existing ones, and scale up Senior Chemist -PR&D-Safety Executive – EHS/Shift Incharge – Production/Trainee Chemist- QC-Unit- C, to commercial levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and quality control to ensure smooth plant start-up.
• Troubleshoot issues related to process performance, yield, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and protocols for the unit.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to industrial safety (e.g., OSHA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Provide training on safety procedures and best practices to employees.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities according to shift plans, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations on the shop floor, controlling production processes to meet quality standards.
