Role & responsibilities
- MSC – Organic Chemistry Fresher can come to attend walk in interview
- Assist in organic synthesis of agrochemicals and intermediates.
- Set up reactions and monitor progress (TLC/basic checks).
- Perform work-up and purification (filtration, extraction, crystallization).
- Maintain experiment records and follow GLP.
- Handle chemicals safely and maintain lab cleanliness.
- Support senior chemists in routine lab tasks & bench scale work
Skills:
- Basic understanding of organic reactions.
- Familiar with lab techniques and glassware handling.
- Good observation skills and willingness to learn.
- Discipline, teamwork and safety awareness.
