Role & responsibilities

• MSC – Organic Chemistry Fresher can come to attend walk in interview
• Assist in organic synthesis of agrochemicals and intermediates.
• Set up reactions and monitor progress (TLC/basic checks).
• Perform work-up and purification (filtration, extraction, crystallization).
• Maintain experiment records and follow GLP.
• Handle chemicals safely and maintain lab cleanliness.
• Support senior chemists in routine lab tasks & bench scale work

Skills:

• Basic understanding of organic reactions.
• Familiar with lab techniques and glassware handling.
• Good observation skills and willingness to learn.
• Discipline, teamwork and safety awareness.
