Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer orders and company targets.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Quality Control, Purchase) for smooth execution of production plans.
- Monitor inventory levels, track raw materials, and optimize stock management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field (production planning).
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech/B.E. Chemical).
Strong understanding of chemical formulation processes and productivity improvement techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
