Job Summary:
The Apprentice Trainee – Quality Control will assist in sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with GMP, GLP, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sampling of Raw Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Products
Support analysis using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, Spectrophotometer, IR, etc.
Perform routine laboratory tests as per Standard Test Procedures (STP)
Maintain laboratory records, logbooks, and documentation as per GMP requirements
Assist in preparation of reagents, solutions, and volumetric preparations
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of laboratory instruments and work area
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and safety procedures
Assist in calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments
Support stability study sample handling and documentation
Report any abnormal results or deviations to the supervisor
Qualification:B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
Skills Required:Basic knowledge of QC instruments (HPLC, GC, UV)
Knowledge of GMP and GLP
