Job Description – We are currently hiring Medical Coders who will be responsible for accurately coding medical records using ICD and CPT codes. The role involves reviewing medical documentation to assign the correct codes for diagnoses and procedures, ensuring proper billing and reimbursement for the healthcare provider. We are open to hiring both freshers and experienced candidates who are keen on contributing to the medical coding process.
Roles and Responsibilities – Assign and review ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes for medical diagnoses, services, and procedures.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and insurance guidelines.
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness in coding.
Keep up with current coding guidelines, regulatory requirements, and changes in reimbursement policies.
Non-Voice process.
Desired Candidate Profile – Required knowledge about human anatomy.
Willing to do work from home & work from office.
Willing to work in shifts, Morning, Evening and Night.
Flexible to work in any shift and extra hours.
