We are conducting Walk-In Interview for IPQA & Engineering Departments – Injectables on Friday (21/02/2025) at Gland Pharma Ltd, Gandimaisamma.
Departments : IPQA & Engineering
1. For IPQA :
Designation : Chemist / Junior Executive
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Qualification : M.Sc. / B. Pharma / M. Pharmacy
Job Location : Dundigal
Job Roles:
- Responsible for the giving the line clearance for the manufacturing of the drug product.
- Responsible for In- process checks for during compounding as per the instruction mentioned in the BPCR and conformed to the specification.
- Responsible for compounding of drug product as per the written instruction mentioned in the BPCR and cGMP requirements., etc.
2. For Engineering:
Designation : Jr. Executive / Executive
Experience : 2 to 4 Years
Qualification : Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering)
Job Location : Dundigal.
Required Skills:
1. Process Mechanical Engineer:
- Responsible for Production (Autoclave, Vial Washing, Lyo, Tunnel, etc,.) & Packing equipment’s like (Vial Labeling, Blister, PSF fixing, Cartonator, etc.) preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & major activities.
- Analyzing the breakdowns for various failure modes effects & causes and proposes corrective action & preventive action.
- Responsible for cGMP activities.
2. Instrumentation Engineer:
- Responsible for Attending the equipment like (Autoclave, Vial Washing, Lyo, Tunnel, etc,.) breakdowns and maintenance activities in the respective area.
- Responsible for cGMP activities.
