Role & responsibilities :
Supervise primary and secondary packaging operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Oversee bottling, blister packing, cartoning, labeling, and other related activities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
Shift Supervision in Primary Packing. Looking after department activities in absence of Department in-charge in Primary Packing.
Receipt, use and reconciliation of printed packing materials of Pharma.
Handling of CCP & Deviation in Track Wise System.
Management of Day Foil Quarantine area.
Indenting, Receipt, over printing, use and reconciliation of Rubber stereos.
Maintenance and house keeping of respective area House keeping and maintenance of shop floor.
To ensure preventive maintenance of equipment’s.
Preparation and strict follow up of departmental SOP.
To ensure strict follow up online documentation as per cGMP of SOPs and BMR.
In process checks and record keeping.
Experience : 2 -7 Yrs in OSD Packing Executive role Only
