Hetero is expanding its Chemical Research & Development (CRD) team at our R&D facility in Balanagar, Hyderabad. We are seeking experienced, target-oriented organic chemists with a strong background in Process R&D or Contract Research Organizations (CRO)—specifically those with expertise in custom organic synthesis and impurity profile development.
Position Overview
- Role: CRD Professional – Process R&D & CRO (Impurity Synthesis)
- Experience Required: 1 – 5 Years
- Location: Hetero R&D, Balanagar, Hyderabad
Key Qualifications & Technical Expertise
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong technical mastery in the following areas:
Organic & Impurity Synthesis: Design, execution, and synthesis of complex organic molecules, process-related impurities, and reference standards.
Reaction Optimization & Route Scouting: Bench-scale process development, yield improvement, and reaction troubleshooting.
Structural Characterization: In-depth analytical data interpretation using NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, FTIR, and Mass Spectrometry.
Purification Techniques: Hands-on proficiency in advanced chromatographic separation, crystallization, and isolation methods.
