Role & responsibilities

Maintenance of stability chambers. Review of analytical reports. Samples withdrawal from chambers and updating stability register. Compilation of stability data after completion and review of stability samples.

Verification of audit trials of all laboratory instruments on daily basis.

Responsible for planning and execution for IR, visual identification, sulphated ash content, Loss on drying, heavy metals, solubility, cleanness test, moisture content by KF, UV etc. Analysis of samples for pH, Bulk density / Tap density, Colour by Hunter, particle size distribution by sieve shaker & SOR on need basis.
