Role & responsibilities
1.Media preparation and growth promotion test.
2.Water analysis with all record and trend preparation.
3.Pure culture handling and its maintenance.
4.Bacterial Endotoxin test of water samples, in process samples and RM samples.
5.Bioburden and MLT of all types of samples.
6.Operation and qualification/ validation/ performance verification of equipments and instruments.
7.Isolation and identification of in-house isolates.
8.Preparation of SOP, Specification, MOA ,STP ,GTP and protocols.
9.Analyst Qualification.
10.Report any OOS and OOT to the superior as when observed.
11.Involve in training and QMS activity.
12.Review of lab documents.
13.Environments Monitoring.
14.Performed additional activity as given by HOD.
15.Supervision of activities performed by analyst
16.Batch release related activity.
17.Cross functional review and approval.
18.Pure culture handling and its maintenance.
19.Bacterial Endotoxin test of water samples, in process samples and RM samples.
20.Isolation and identification of in-house isolates.
