Department: Purchase
- Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
- Experience: 3-7 years (Pharmaceutical / regulated manufacturing experience preferred)
Role for Direct Purchase:
Responsible for end-to-end direct procurement of production-related materials including raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other items directly impacting manufacturing. The role includes vendor management, cost negotiation, timely availability of materials, GMP compliance, ERP transactions, and coordination with Production, QA, QC, and Planning teams.
Role for Indirect Purchase:
Responsible for end-to-end indirect procurement including engineering & maintenance items, utilities, spares, consumables, packaging (non-product contact), and facility services (FM, housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, AMCs, calibration, IT, etc.). The role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, compliance with GMP/EHS, ERP operations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
