Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor in-process checks on formulation, tablet coating, blister packing, capsule filling, solid oral production, and OSD manufacturing processes.
- Ensure quality control of finished products, raw materials, and packaging material through HPLC, GC, and other analytical methods.
- Maintain accurate records of batch records, test results, and quality control activities.
- Perform labeling and inspection of finished goods (FG) and bulk drugs according to cGMP guidelines.
- Conduct stability studies to maintain product shelf life and compliance with USFDA regulations.
