Department : Tech. Transfer/ Technology Absorption
Position : Executive/ Sr. Officer/ Officer
Required Experience: 4 to 9 Years of API Manufacturing
Qualification : BE/ B.Tech (Chemical)
Location: Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh)
Job Responsibility :-
Preparation of PFD/ BFD & necessary documents for mapping of the Production.
To update and maintain the weekly/ monthly report for all new products.
Maintain all the necessary data from various location for new product.
Preparation and review of technical data in the given TDR/ TTD for capacity sheet calculation & New facility Mapping.
Monitoring of new production scale-up batches & compiling the necessary data from the batches for further optimization/ improvement w.r.t. Quality, Yield & Safety
To responsible for interaction with cross function team to understand the process.
Understanding critical process and add value as per requirement.
Identify the suitable block & availability of equipment’s for proposed process.
To responsible for discussion with safety w.r.t. HAZOP & identify the safety critical areas & precautions.
Participate in preparation & review of all safety documents i.e. PSI & PHA for the new products.
