Training Program: Candidates will undergo 3 months of training at the Center of Excellence (CoE), Indore.
Apprenticeship: Eligible candidates will be considered as an Apprentice for 1 year in the Quality Control Department after training.
Placement: Upon successful training completion, selected candidates will be absorbed as an Entry-level Technician Trainee across various Ipca locations based on compatibility.
Compensation: The entry-level CTC for the Trainee position is ₹2.45 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
Key Responsibilities (Technician Role)
Drawing samples of raw materials and water.
Preparing volumetric solutions and performing basic wet chemical testing under supervision.
Handling daily lab support tasks (glassware cleanliness, calibrating weighing balances, and recording temperature logs).
Ensuring the laboratory remains safe and audit-ready.
