Qualification: ITI / Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2–6 years
Key Skills:
- Aseptic shop-floor operations
- Filling machines, capping machines, tray loader, FIT, BIF, filter units
- Media fill and process simulation
- Smoke studies (air-flow visualization)
- Sterile filtration and aseptic connections
- Aseptic assembly/disassembly
- Documentation, logbooks, validation and qualification activities
2. Autoclave Technician
- Department: DP Manufacturing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2–6 years - Key Skills:
- Preparation of disinfectant solutions
- Autoclave loading/unloading
- Debagging machine operation
- Garment and accessory management
- Washing, drying, inspection, wrapping and assembly of components
- Qualification and validation activities
- Area and equipment management
3. Technician – Engineering & Maintenance
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 1–8 years - Key Skills:
- Preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment
- Filling machines, cold rooms, autoclaves, bio-reactors
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- CIP/SIP systems and process piping
- Equipment installation, commissioning and qualification
- Maintenance records and documentation
