Job Description: Greeting from Ipca Laboratories Limited!!!!

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join our Production (Granulation & Compression) & Packing Department (Formulation)

The ideal candidates will have experience operating Fette and Kilian machines and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various production (Compression & Granulation) machines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Operate granulation and compression machinery as per SOPs.
• Adjust machine parameters and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
• Accurately record production data and report deviations or issues to supervisors.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and ensure smooth workflow.
• BQS, CVC Machine operator
