We are looking for skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join our Production (Granulation & Compression) & Packing Department (Formulation)
The ideal candidates will have experience operating Fette and Kilian machines and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various production (Compression & Granulation) machines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Operate granulation and compression machinery as per SOPs.
- Adjust machine parameters and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Accurately record production data and report deviations or issues to supervisors.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and ensure smooth workflow.
