Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute production processing activities.
- Work on Production Plan to achieve the dispatch commitment.
- Ensure the team to achieve ZERO ACCIDENT, work environment.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records for smooth production operations and regulatory compliance.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain processing equipment and other related machinery.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes to enhance yield, purity, and overall process efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including deviations, equipment logs, and batch reports, in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to ensure that all activities meet regulatory and product quality standards.
- Monitor and manage raw materials, consumables, and reagents required for processing activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including environmental and biosafety standards, during production.
- Ensuring data integrity.
- Handling Solvent recovery.
- Responsible for physical inspection during dispatch.
