- Experience: 1 to 9 years
- Skills: Resolute Column packing, chromatography systems (LC), TFF system, Buffer preparation, mammalian cell culture.
Upstream Processing (Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive)
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech (Biotech / Biochemistry)
- Experience: 1 to 9 years
- Skills: Vial revival, seed propagation, Media & Feed preparation, Bioreactors operation, clarification process.
2. Drug Product Manufacturing
Packing / Aseptic / QMS (Executive / Sr. Executive / AM)
- Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Skills: Drug product packaging, Vial labeling machine, PFS labeling, Carton coding and Visual Inspection, Batch Execution.
3. Engineering & Maintenance
Process Maintenance (Executive / AM)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 5 to 12 years
- Skills: Preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment (i.e. Filling machine, cold rooms, autoclaves, bio-reactors).
4. Quality Assurance
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: PG in Biotech / Micro / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 3 to 9 years
- Skills: IPQA, Cleaning Validation, Equipment Qualification, QMS.
5. Quality Control
Bioassay – Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech (Biotech / Biochemistry)
- Experience: 5 to 9 years
- Skills: Bioassay, Host Cell Protein (HCP), Host Cell DNA (HCD).
6. Pilot Facility / MSAT
DS Mfg (USP) – Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech (Biotech / Biochemistry)
- Experience: 6 to 9 years
- Skills: Upstream processing, vial revival, seed propagation, Media & Feed preparation, Bioreactors operation, clarification process, SOP, Qualification and Documentation, Equipment installation & commissioning.
DS Mfg (DSP) – Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech (Biotech / Biochemistry)
- Experience: 6 to 9 years
- Skills: Downstream processing, Resolute Column packing, chromatography systems (LC), TFF system, Buffer preparation, mammalian cell culture, SOP, Qualification and Documentation, Equipment installation & commissioning.
QA Validation – Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech (Biotech / Biochemistry)
- Experience: 4 to 7 years
- Skills: Equipment installation & commissioning, IPQA, Cleaning Validation, Equipment Qualification, QMS, Audits, QA coordination.
ADL – Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech (Biotech / Biochemistry)
- Experience: 6 to 9 years
- Skills: ADL setup, SOP, URS & Qualification documents, analytical instrument installation and calibration.
Engineering & Project
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 4 to 7 years
- Skills: Project tracking & document management, Equipment installation & commissioning, Cross functional coordination.
