      • Job Description: Process Engg., Scale-up, Technology Transfer, Pilot plant operation with Exp. in flow chemistry/Continuous process.

• • DP Manufacturing (Sterile/Injectable)
    • • Designation: Asst. Manager (9–13 years exp.) | Executive/Sr. Executive (6–9 years exp.) | Officer (2–5 years exp.)
      • Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
      • Job Description: Audit & Compliance / Regulatory Readiness / Investigation / Handling & review QMS: SOPs Preparation, Deviation, Change Control, incidents, CAPA, logs, documentation etc. Aseptic shop-floor management / Batch Execution & Documentation / Aseptic Assurance activities / Qualification & Validation of DP Mfg area. Autoclave operation & Batch Mfg., Batch execution & Documentation.
      • Designation: Technician (2–8 years exp.)
      • Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mech/Chemical)
      • Job Description: Aseptic equipment operation like filling, capping, Tray Loader, FIT, BIT & Filtration vessel.

  • Quality Control (Sterile/Injectable)
    • • Designation & Experience:
        • • Executive (5–9 years exp. | M.Sc Microbiology) — Micro Supervision of sterility, BET, Bioburden & water testing, Review of analytical records, Investigation support for failure.
          • Officer (2–5 years exp. | M.Sc / B.Tech (Biotech/Biochem)) — Biochemistry lab related testing of in-process, finished products & stability samples as per procedure.
          • Executive (5–9 years exp. | Post Graduate (Biotech/Micro)) — QMS: Handling of QMS e-modules, Deviation, CAPA & QRM.
          • Executive (5–7 years exp. | M.Sc / B.Tech (Biotech/Biochem)) — Bioassay: Responsible for Bioassay lab related testing of finished products & stability sample.
          • Officer (2–5 years exp. | B.Pharma / M.Sc) — RM / PM: Receive & Verify the GM for RM & PM / sampling / Labeling, Operate TOC analyzers, weighing balances, KF, Autotitrator etc.
